What Do You See in a Mirror?

A mirror reflects whatever you've been subjecting your life...positive or negative endeavor/activity.

In the mirror:

• Do you look older or younger than your age?
• Do you see a fat, wobbly person or a fit, healthy individual?  
• Do you cast the image of a miserable or a joyful person? 
• Does your image represents that of a failure or a successful person? 
• Is the reflection making you feel like a prison inmate or a loving, free-spirited individual in your relationship or marriage? 

You can pretend all you want to the other people around you. But there can be no denial from your heart in regard to the facts reflected in the mirror.

Even Michael Jackson admitted as much in his song, "The Man in the Mirror."
