Finally,
the long-awaited sanctions on the Nigerian Boko Haram terrorists have been
approved by the U.N. Security Council yesterday.
The
terrorists’ group is now officially added to the United Nation's sanctions list
of al Qaeda-linked organizations. Therefore, the Boko Haram animals are now subject
to arms embargoes, travel bans and asset freezes.
By
this singular act, the entire world has united to close off the important
avenues by which the terrorists can obtain future logistics such as
weapons, ammunition, medical supplies and foods.
And with the presence
of military personnel from the United States and some other nations on ground,
it’s just a matter of time before the terrorists are cornered and dealt with.
