Transgender Couple: When the Weird Meets the Confused.

The lovers below (Bianca and Nick Bowser) are a married couple raising kids in Kentucky. They look cute, don’t they? But theirs is a strange, weird one.



Bianca, 32 (on the left) was originally born as a boy who was named Jason. And her husband, Nick, 27 (on the right) was actually born as a girl named Nicole. The two met in 2009 and fell in love before Nick decided to change his (her) gender.

As a couple, the duo of Bianca (formerly known as a man) and Nick (formerly known as a woman) decided to start a family. As at that time, Nick (who was still physically a female), decided to get pregnant for Bianca (who was then a man) even though Nick already identified as a male at that time. Subsequently, Nick (who was physically a woman) had her breasts removed surgically in order to fit into "her" new role as a man.

The bottom line of this saga now is the reversal of genders by the two individuals. Bianca (the former male) is now a woman/wife while Nick (the former female) is now a man/husband.

In the near future, it will be left for the kids of this couple to sort out the weird from the confused. However, theirs will definitely not be as simple as separating "the rice from the chaff"!

 

Metamorphosis: R. Kelly's Daughter Becomes a Boy.

This period does not appear to be the best of times for some celebrities.

Jaya Kelly, the 14-year-old daughter of both R. Kelly and Andrea Kelly, has “metamorphosed” into a boy. This was soon after her “coming out” as a transgender through announcements made on some social media outlets such as Facebook.

“He” is therefore now branding “himself” as a "transguy" and going by the name Jay.

How the R&B singer feels precisely about this turn of event in his once-a-daughter’s life is not yet known. He is however allegedly not involved in the child’s life. 

The Transgender People and Their Implications.

Laverne Cox (shown above in the Time Magazine of June 9, 2014 edition) has gone from being bullied (for acting feminine as a kid in Mobile, Ala.) to starring in “Orange Is the New Black” TV series and becoming a public face for the transgender movement.

A couple of years ago, I walked into a bank in Wilmington, DE. and heard someone call my name. I looked around but, as I did not see any familiar face, I moved on toward the nearest Teller. Then, I heard my name again…and again.

Finally, I saw a woman (a staff of the bank) gesturing excitedly from behind a desk. I gestured back with a promise to see her on my way out.

Done with the transaction, I went to the woman who, at my approach, stood up to greet me warmly.

“Have you forgotten me…?” she asked with smiles. “It’s me…don’t you remember Clara…?”

Now, I remember. We used to work together. As “his” supervisor that time, I was officially notified one day by the H.R. that the “man” was on a transition process in preparation for a sex-change surgery. As part of the process, “he” was to be addressed as Clara. I guess “he” must have undergone the surgery.

On my way home, I pondered over the future implications of this transgender issue on the dating scene, relationships and marriages.

There was the story of a young man who felt he had met the woman of his dream. The woman was highly educated, a professional and cute in every sense of the word. 

One day, the woman called to say she had something very personal to tell the man. The guy went over to her apartment. Feeling at home, he went straight into the kitchen to get some drinks. But he could not locate the drinking glasses.  

On his return to the living room, he heard the woman say she was in the powder room. Casually, the man walked to the door, opened it and was shocked. There, standing before the toilet seat and peeing like a man was the “woman”.

“That’s actually the reason for this meeting…” she started to say afterward. “I’m a transgender…and my surgery comes up next week…”

The “shell-shocked” man was still too dazed to respond. Quietly, he turned around and walked out of the apartment.
