Hurricane Matthew's US Death Toll Rises to 9 and Nearly 2 Million People Without Power.

At least 9 people in two U.S. states have died as a result of Hurricane Matthew, which has also left 1.9 million households and businesses without power across the Southeast region. The death toll increased as the storm moved up the Atlantic Coast, bringing torrential rain, powerful winds, a storm surge and the potential for catastrophic flooding.

North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory said Saturday that the state recorded three storm-related deaths -- one in Samson County due to hydroplaning and two in Bladen County after a vehicle was submerged in flood water.

"This is a very serious and deadly storm," McCrory said at a press conference Saturday afternoon. He urged the public to stay off roads and remain indoors.
Six people also lost their lives in Florida due to the storm, which at one point left 1 million households and businesses without power in the Sunshine State.

The storm touched down in South Carolina, southeast of McClellanville, at 11 a.m. ET as a Category 1 hurricane with maximum sustained winds of 75 mph, according to the National Hurricane Center.

It is expected to weaken further to a post-tropical storm by Saturday night, ABC News meteorologists said.
Despite the storm's weakening, the National Hurricane Center warned Saturday morning of "strong winds and dangerous storm surge" along South Carolina's coast as well as "heavy rains and gusty winds spreading inland."

The National Weather Service also posted a new tornado watch for parts of northeast South Carolina and eastern North Carolina until 4 p.m. ET Saturday.

"An isolated tornado or two will be possible today along the coast of North Carolina and northern South Carolina," the National Hurricane Center, a division of the National Weather Service, said in its advisory at 8 a.m. ET. “Although weakening is forecast during the next 48 hours, Matthew is expected to remain a hurricane while the center is near the coasts of South Carolina and North Carolina."

Stress Antidote.

Whenever you are stressed or worried or uneasy, take a nice long walk in the nature, touch the ground with your feet, touch the trees with your hands, visualize the gentle breeze of the wind as it massages your body and the Divine nature of life will flow into you to ease your pain. This is because nature is God's way of keeping in touch with us, His creatures, and merely appreciating it is a sure way to attract God's attention to your life.

Becoming Incredible Hulk at What Price?

This 25-year-old man risks his life by injecting oil and alcohol into his biceps in a dumb bid to become a real life version of the incredible hulk. There are many more fools like this guy (even among celebrities) who are doing "everything" to develop their biceps and triceps. They do this to enhance their performances in sports, act in movies or (and) for vanity.Blog_biceps

Alas, they are all current or future candidates of impotence, liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, mental disorders, severe hair loss (they are often bald-headed) and several other physiological damages. The guy (Romario Dos Santos) a Brazilian bodybuilder, nearly lost his arms in his quest to bulk up. “I remember the doctor told me that they would need to amputate both arms…they said everything in there, all my muscles, were rock." He is now warning others to stay clear of all the dangerous "addictive".

It was Leopold Von Ranke who said (and while saying it, he must have been shaking his head in pity) “He who overcomes himself is divine. Most see their ruins before their eyes; yet, they go on into it.”

Seeing Sunshine on a Cloudy Day.

No matter how bright a day is, it’s inevitable that a few patches of cloud will still be spotted here and there in the horizon. And whenever Mother Nature chooses to make a day all dark and gloomy for 24 hours, I have resolved to see only sunshine on such a cloudy day.

Mother Nature, What’s Up?

Today, we on the East coast grapple with the coldest winter this year so far with temperature dropping to a single-digit degree, those in the Midwest area such as Chicago in Illinois State are having a minus 17 temperature. But these are really no big deal because both the East coast and the Midwest are used to cold weathers.

However, people in Dallas, Texas and Montgomery, Alabama are having 10 and 14 degrees respectively. Now, this is very strange because those parts of the United States are not used to having cold weathers. In fact, many people in those areas don’t have winter coats. The same thing happened last winter when a place like Atlanta had snowfall and the different levels of government suddenly became disoriented. They did not even have snow salt to spread on their roads. Mother Nature, what’s up?

Revenge of Mother Nature.

In God’s own country, we love to abandon things, irrespective of their importance. Unlike most other civilized nations, we easily get bored. And when that happens, we rush to dump and trash important stuff.

We are like a spoilt child who gets a new toy but after a few days, get bored with it and expects something new. And whenever we don’t quickly get that “something new”, we invent it. It’s like that with music genres, sporting events, education, historical monuments and core moral values.

Nothing however has suffered the most ridicule and trashing as core moral values, a major part of which is sex. Out of boredom and a strong need for extreme excitements, too many people have resorted to sexual adventures that will make jungle animals blush with embarrassments. And as fate will have it, this is an integral aspect of life that is often met with some very stiff repercussions from Mother Nature whenever there is a breach.

Keep scrolling down beyond the picture below for more write-ups:

Let’s start with anal sex. Even dogs don’t stoop low to do it. Those indulging in this type of sexual style risk all kinds of diseases, the worst of which is renal failure. There is another sexual variety called fellatio a.k.a. blowjob. This is an oral sex act involving the use of a mouth or throat. As a result of this dumb “style”, there are lots of women and men who are now suffering from oral gonorrhea. This disease destroys throats and mouths with painful, cancerous inflammation, stinking pus and very ugly sores.

If the above examples are considered horrendous, what about bestiality? This is the practice where a man or a woman has sex with an animal. Out of loneliness, boredom or desire for excitements, a growing number of women now indulges in sexual relationships with their dogs. Out there also are men who regularly have sex with dogs, goats and donkeys.

And, of course, Mother Nature has a way of dealing ruthlessly with all these crazy perverts. Ironically, when they go see their doctors, they project the image of nice, cool individuals who just happen to suffer from some strange diseases as shown in the picture below.

Kate Middleton “Tormented” by the Queen.

The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, is rumored to be feuding with her royal grandmother-in-law, Queen Elizabeth II.

According to Life & Style magazine’s July 14 feature “Tormented by the Queen,” Middleton, 32, is constantly in conflict with the 88-year-old British monarch, most recently over her plans to move baby Prince George, the third-in-line to the throne, out of London.

While Middleton and the queen put on a happy face for public events, insiders insist that they have been privately feuding ever since her wedding to Prince William in April 2011.

According to an insider who claims that Her Majesty picks on everything about the duchess, the Queen “feels very embarrassed by Kate.”

One such embarrassment might have to do with Kate’s choice of clothes. There was actually the incident in Australia where the Duchess’s dress was blown open by Mother Nature to reveal her butt. If shown to the ultra-conservative Queen, that “horrific” picture alone could give her a heart attack.

And there were complaints about the young woman’s “excessive spending”. Topping the list of complaints however is Kate’s poor parenting decisions.
“The Queen feels like Kate still acts like a commoner,” added the source.
